Retailers feeling the opportunity to have great sales have also added to the secularization of Christmas. With the way it is evolving we doubt that the new generation will one day remember that Christmas was once considered as a spiritual festival.

Indeed for numerous people Christmas is synonymous with Santa Claus, party in clubs and other joyful activities. People are more interested by the feel-good element that is connected with Christmas more than anything else. These reasons themselves are sufficient to attract people to the celebration of such a festival.
